Global tech giants Bill Gates, Jack Ma and India’s industrialists Ratan Tata and Mukesh Ambani have announced to join hands with governments from both the rich and emerging countries to kick off the Paris climate talks by pledging billions of dollars of investment in clean energy technologies.The event also coincides with India’s move to launch an International Solar Alliance of over 100 sunshine-rich countries.
