Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, the India international is expected to be part of the Europa League squad next year. The former East Bengal goalkeeper has not played a single match this season, but was on the bench in each of the 29 games. The Punjab goalkeeper has been the second choice goalkeeper for long with Ivory Coast custodian Sayouba Mande also on the rosters.If Gurpreet makes it to the Europa League squad next season, he will be the first Indian to be achieve that feat. The 23-year-old is also the first Indian to represent a top division European side in competitive matches.
