Delhi awaits Maggi’s return

From students who swore by the instant noodles to shopkeepers who stocked the yellow-coloured packets, Delhiites welcomed the Bombay High Court’s decision to lift the ban on Maggi.The popular snack was recalled from stores across India on June 5 by its maker Nestle, after the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) said testing had found unsafe levels of lead in Maggi.But, the controversy around the recall doesn’t seem to have affected people in the Capital as they eagerly await Maggi’s return to stores and eateries.
