Finland’s PM Sanna Marin said that the country will decide whether it will join NATO in the coming weeks. Russia has warned both Finland and Sweden against joining the military alliance. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization was created in 1949 by the United States, Canada, and several Western European nations to provide collective security against the Soviet Union.
