US offers $10 million for information on foreign hackers

US State Department is offering up to $10 million for information that can identify or locate malicious cyber actors working under the control of a foreign government. Certain malicious cyber operations targeting US critical infrastructure may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. The violations include extortion threats, intentional unauthorized access to a computer, and others.
