Anil Ambani’s Reliance Capital will sell its entire stake in Reliance Broadcast Network, which operates under the brand name ‘Big FM’, to Jagran Prakashan’s Radio City for ₹1,050 crore. The combined network will have 79 stations, making it India’s biggest. Reliance Capital recently announced it will sell its entire 42.88% stake in Reliance Mutual Fund for ₹6,000 crore.
