Indian gymnast Aruna Budda Reddy has become the first Indian to win an individual medal at the Gymnastics World Cup. Aruna achieved the feat by securing bronze in the women’s vault event with 13.649 points to finish behind gold medallist Slovenia’s Tjasa Kysslef and Australia’s Emily Whitehead, who finished second. The 22-year-old Indian won her first national medal aged nine.
