Japan has announced that it will allow small group tours for limited foreigners and assess them as test cases before taking a call on full reopening. The country will allow tourists from the United States, Australia, Thailand and Singapore, who have been triple-vaccinated against COVID-19. The groups will be accompanied by tour conductors at all times.
