The first woman in history to win 100m, 200m golds in 2 consecutive Olympics

Jamaica’s 29-year-old sprinter Elaine Thompson-Herah has become the first woman in history to win women’s 100m and 200m gold medals in consecutive Olympics. Elaine won the women’s 200m race at The Tokyo Olympics today clocking 21.53 seconds. On 31st July, she clocked 10.61 seconds in 100m race and broke the Olympic record by 0.01 seconds.
