Wise Founders turn billionaires as fintech firm makes market debut in London

Fintech startup Wise’s Estonian Founders Kristo Kaarmann and Taavet Hinrikus have become billionaires after the company made its stock market debut this week.Wise was valued at $11 billion, making it the largest ever tech listing in London by market capitalisation. Kaarmann and Hinrikus’s stakes were estimated to be worth about $2 billion and $1 billion respectively.
