The Netherlands has become the last European Union (EU) country to start vaccinations against coronavirus. A 39-year-old nurse, Sanna Elkadiri, was the first person in the country to receive the vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech. PM Mark Rutte said that there was a delay in the rollout because authorities had made preparations for a different vaccine.
