Justin Trudeau has won a second term as Canada’s Prime Minister as his Liberal Party will return to power as a minority government, preliminary results showed. The Liberal Party is projected to win 157 seats, 13 short of a majority. “Canadians rejected division and negativity. They rejected cuts and austerity. They voted in favour of a progressive agenda,” Trudeau said.
