Brexit-backing British billionaire and inventor James Dyson has bought Singapore’s most expensive apartment, accessed by its own lift. The three-storey penthouse at the top of Singapore’s tallest building, Tanjong Pagar Centre, has been sold for S$73.8 million (₹372 crore). Dyson’s purchase has topped the S$60 million paid by Facebook Co-Founder Eduardo Saverin for a penthouse in 2017.
