India’s captain Virat Kohli has become the first skipper to score five consecutive fifties in World Cup history. The 30-year-old achieved the feat after reaching the 50-run mark against England in the 2019 World Cup on 30th June. Kohli is only the second player ever to score five fifties in a row in World Cup history after Australia’s Steve Smith.
