President Ram Nath Kovind has been honoured with Croatia’s highest civilian order, the ‘Grand Order of King Tomislav with Sash and Grand Star’, by President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović. He was awarded for his “exceptional contribution to the advancement of relations and development of mutual cooperation between Croatia and India.” President Kovind is the first Indian President to visit Croatia.
