					<p>UK Home Secretary Sajid Javid has signed an order to extradite beleaguered liquor baron Vijay Mallya to India. Mallya has 14 days from now to appeal against the extradition order. Earlier, the Westminster Magistrates’ Court had sent the case of Mallya to the Home Secretary for a decision on his extradition.</p>
