Former Facebook VP of News Feed Adam Mosseri has been appointed the new head of Instagram following the resignation of Instagram Co-founders Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger last week. A design graduate from New York University, Adam joined the Facebook design team in 2008. Founded in 2010, Instagram was bought by Facebook for $1 billion in 2012.
