According to employees at AppleCare+, the cost to repair a glass back of iPhone 8 is more than its front. The glass back isn’t covered under the screen repair of $29 but is qualified as ‘other damage’ fee of $99. AppleCare+ allows for two incidents of accidental damage, after which $349 fee for repair is charged for the iPhone 8.
