Indian government has blocked access to Internet Archive, an online tool that lets people see old versions of websites, on certain ISPs including Airtel. Visiting the website displays, “Your requested URL has been blocked as per the directions received from Department of Telecommunications, Government of India.” However, some users could access the website by using “https” in the website’s URL.
