French capital Paris has implemented an odd-even scheme starting Tuesday, and allowed commuters to use public transport for free, while the city suffers from the worst pollution in a decade. Reports suggest the air pollution is due to a combination of vehicle emissions and domestic wood fires. Earlier, similar measures had been implemented in Beijing and Delhi.
