					<p>Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy has announced he will run for President in 2017 after being unseated in 2012 by Socialist party&#8217;s François Hollande. Notably, Socialist candidates are also trying to replace Hollande with former industry minister Arnaud Montebourg, who also announced a bid for the presidency. Hollande reportedly will announce if he will run again for presidency by year-end.</p>
