Scientists in South Korea have designed ultra-thin photovoltaics that are flexible enough to wrap around a thin glass rod. The new solar cells could power wearable electronics like smart watches and fitness trackers.The thin cells can also be integrated onto glasses frames or fabric and might power the next wave of wearable electronics.
