In the first leg of his three-nation tour, Pranab Mukherjee has become the first Indian President to visit Ghana. Mukherjee will address a joint business forum meeting in the country, and is expected to hold delegation-level talks on agreements on visa waiver. Notably, the tour comes as a part of India’s ‘Outreach to Africa’ initiative.
