					<p>The BCCI Disciplinary Committee banned Rajasthan Royals player Ajit Chandila for life and Mumbai player Hiken Shah has been banned for five years for misconduct and corruption.<br />
On May 16, 2013, the Special Cell of Delhi Police detained three Rajasthan Royals players S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankit Chavan on the grounds of spot-fixing. Sreesanth and Chavan are already banned by the BCCI.<br />
Chandila was held guilty of misconduct and corruption within the BCCI Anti Corruption Code. Chandila is banned for Life from playing or representing cricket in any form or to be associated in any way with the activities of the Board or its Affiliates.</p>
