Sprinter Caster Semenya, whom IAAF has instructed to lower her testosterone levels in order to run in events from 400m to the mile, has said she’ll be participating in the 3,000-metres race at the Prefontaine Classic in California on June 30. Semenya, who has won two Olympic golds, has said she will not take medication to lower her testosterone levels.
