The royal baby is a boy

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their first child. Their son is the first multiracial baby in the monarchy’s recent history. The baby is a dual citizen, having automatically acquired US citizenship, via Meghan, at birth.Harry and Meghan’s yet-to-be-named baby boy was just a few weeks too late to share a birthday with some of his royal relatives. Queen Elizabeth II’s 93rd birthday was on April 21 while cousins Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte celebrated their birthdays on April 23 and May 2 respectively. It is not clear whether the newborn, who falls behind Harry in the line of succession, will receive a royal title, like those bestowed on the three children of Prince William, Harry’s older brother, and William’s wife, Catherine.
